After losing her grandparents in 2018 and struggling with anxiety, Tiffany explored ways to regulate her nervous system and bring herself back to a state of peace, and was encouraged by a friend to try yoga. She quickly realized the impact of asana (movement) practice on her mental and emotional state of being, which motivated her to become 200hr certified.
Tiffany is a licensed esthetician and certified lymphatic drainage specialist, working to heal the skin, mind, heart + body through connection to self and alignment with the needs of the skin, mind and body. With a focus on lymphatic health, stillness of mind, and strength of body, Tiffany's flows bring a bit of spice with a focus on the breath and mind-to-body connection.
