Meet Olga… she's originally from The Netherlands and has lived in Los Angeles for almost two decades now.
Olga just finished her 500hr certified YTT with YogaWorks, is a Master Reiki facilitator and has added Yin trainings and Trauma Informed Yoga workshops to her repertoire to offer well rounded classes. Olga believes yoga is for everybody and every body, and aims to inspire and empower people in their practice, weaving philosophy concepts, chakra teachings, and events from daily life into her teachings.
When you take Olga's class you can expect safe asana alignment and flow styled classes, sprinkled with yin and immersed in Reiki.
